Spinach, Chicken and Wild Rice Soup

This is Matt and Heather's recipe

3 cups water
1 (14 oz) can chicken broth
1 (10 3/4 oz) can cream of chicken soup
2/3 cup uncooked wild rice (rinse and drain)
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/4 tsp ground black pepper
3 cups chopped cooked chicken or turkey
2 cups shredded fresh spinach

1- In a 3 1/2 or 4 qt slow cooker, combine water, broth, cream of chicken soup, rice, chicken, thyme and pepper. (You could wait to add the chicken later if you want)

2- Cover and cook on low for 7-8 hours or high for 3 1/2- 4 hours.

3- Stir in shredded spinach until just before serving.
