Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff

1 pound stew meat
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 tbs Worcestershire sauce
1 can beef broth
1 medium onion, chopped (I used onion powder)
1 (4 oz) cream cheese

Put everything except cream cheese in the slow cooker. Set on low for 4-5 hours. Add cream cheese right before serving.

Serve over egg noodles or rice.
