Easy Chicken Pot Pie

2-3 chicken breasts, cut and cubed
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 bag frozen mixed vegetables

1 cup Bisquick or Jiffy mix
2 eggs
1 cup milk


Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Fill 9x13 pan with chicken, soup and veggies. Mix Bisquick, eggs and milk. Pour over chicken mixture. Bake for 35-40 minutes.
