Rice (good with Yucknee)

Handful of spaghetti noodles
1 TBS butter/margarine
2 cups rice
5 cups water
2 tsp salt

Break spaghetti noodles into pieces. Put in a medium sauce pan with butter. Add rice and brown over medium heat. Add water and salt. Bring to a boil and cover and reduce heat. Cook for 20-25 minutes
