Sour Cream Sugar Cookies

These are the puffy sugar cookies.

1 cup sugar
1 cup sour cream
6 cups flour
3 eggs
1 cup shortening
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla

Cream sugar, shortening, sour cream, eggs and vanilla. Add baking soda, salt and flour. Mix well. Roll dough out and use a round glass as a cookie cutter.

Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.
